My Journey to Kids Klub ECD Centre
She was born in January 2015 through challenges that I encountered when keeping my 3 grandchildren whose parents are residing in SA. By then, I was a civil servant who used to hire maids to take care of them while I was at work. The challenge mainly was on weekends. One would go off and return on Monday or do not return for good.
In 2014, the children returned to their parents. Through this experience, I realised that there are so many young mothers who are facing the same challenge. My main aim is to help young mothers.
I have no teaching background. But with passion and love for the children, it gives me the strength to care and protect them from the harsh environment we see in the communities and the media.
Retired on the pensionable age from the government in the year 2022, and I prefer to spend my time with these little angels.
